Bodies should definitely match personality, but get a little something in there.

Usually, complete dedication goes to this process, all the blood being drained from our heads, into our muscular system. It involves pressurizing our muscles during a workout. Pushing the blood through the area that were working out creates less dense muscles that look good and don't require a lot of weight but a lot of reps while it's flowing. We're not going for beefy, but fit. The process is the same for non-muscular areas, (fatty areas) just get the area hot and push the nutrients to the body section that is desired.

If you have a high metabolism you're going to have to pack it in there.

It's better to do it day for day till it's done and focus on pushing out those stomach contents into the area
